The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, now in its fifth year, helps counties build a culture of health. NACo sat down with Bridget Catlin and Julie Willems Van Dijk of the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute to discuss the program, as well as with several county elected and health officials to discuss how counties are using the tool.
